He is a native to Texas and a graduate of Texas A&M University. Mike and his bride, Joanna, have been married for over 20 years and have four children: Tyler, Kyle, Blake and Breah. Together, they enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, as well as being involved in their local church. Mike and his team remain determined to impact families and businesses by designing realistic, innovative plans that bridge gaps within financial management. Tim joined Northwestern Mutual in 2013 after more than a decade working in accounting and top management of a closely held business. Tim is a Wealth Management Advisor, holding the Retirement Income Certified Professional designation. Tim’s focus is providing financial security for both individuals and businesses, and feels blessed to build long-term relationships with so many amazing clients. Tim and his wife Rachel have three children, Leah, Jackson, and Nora.

After 17 years as an Employee Benefits Specialist, Dana Hobbs started her career with Northwestern Mutual in 2014. In her role as Director of New Business for Prazak Gandre Wealth Advisors, Dana is responsible for maintaining our elite level of client service and assists in insurance planning and design. Her thoughtful, friendly, and helpful demeanor make her well qualified to help you with new business processing as well as all policy owner services. Dana is a passionate writer, and in 2018 she published her first book. She is involved in leadership with the Women's Ministry at her church and is a featured conference speaker for women's events. Dana’s four children along with their spouses and her two grandchildren are her greatest joy.

Kathy Gilcrease started her career at State Farm Insurance. During her time at State Farm, she earned her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations. She then made a career change moving into higher education where she worked at the Small Business Development Center, Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Office of the President at Sam Houston State University. Kathy recently returned to the financial industry as an Associate Financial Representative for Mike Prazak and Tim Gandre. Kathy earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Sam Houston State University.

Since graduated from Texas A&M University, Noah worked as a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual for over 4 years before joining Prazak Gandre Wealth Advisors. As an Associate Financial Advisor, Noah is responsible for building and analyzing our client’s comprehensive financial plans. He and his wife Bex have a daughter named Juniper.

Since graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Finance, Simon Cruz has gained valuable experience in the financial services industry. As an Associate Financial Representative, Simon is dedicated to serving our clientele and assisting in the growth of our brand.
